Find User

The Find User property box allows you to select the recipients for the E-mail activity. For information about configuring user providers, see the Workflow Administration Console help files.

To configure the Configure E-mail property box

  1. From the drop-down box in the top right corner, select the source for the users or groups you want to e-mail.
  2. Users and/or groups from the provider selected will be displayed. Find the desired name. To narrow the list of displayed names, perform a search in the top left corner.
  3. Once you find the user or group's name, select it.
  4. Click To, CC, or BCC to assign the selected recipient to the e-mail. Click to use tokens.
  5. Click OK.
